A tool for the estimator — not an autopilot.
Vektoria is not an autopilot that promises finished quantities at the push of a button. It is a takeoff tool that keeps the estimator involved: the software does the mechanical searching and measuring, you review and approve the results.
Automated counting makes the work significantly faster and more accurate. One selection finds the same symbol across the whole plan set, cable routes and areas are measured straight off the drawing, and no sheet gets skipped. Every result is highlighted on the drawing, so mistakes are caught before they end up in a bid.
Vektoria is built for building services takeoff — counting fixtures and symbols and measuring cable runs in electrical, telecom and HVAC plans. The takeoff happens straight on the PDF drawings, no CAD software or DWG files needed, and the finished bill of quantities exports to Excel, ready for your bid.

Questions, answered
Vektoria is a quantity takeoff tool for building services. It detects symbols, measurements and routes in PDF plans so takeoff quantities are produced faster and can be checked on the drawing. Typical users are contractors, bid estimators and quantity surveyors.
No — and it is not meant to be. Vektoria is a tool where the estimator stays in control: you choose what gets counted, the software finds and measures, and you review and approve the results. Automation removes the mechanical busywork, but the decisions stay with you.
Yes. Vektoria is not tied to a fixed symbol library: you mark a symbol straight from your own plan and the software finds the matches across the whole set. It works regardless of the designer's conventions, as long as you use the designer's original digital PDF.
Vektoria reads PDF plans. Import a single sheet or a whole project set at once. A plain PDF is enough — no DWG files or CAD skills needed.
Vektoria works best with the designer's original digital PDFs. Scanned paper drawings are just images, so the program cannot find symbols in them as reliably.
Every result is highlighted directly on the drawing, so you can check it against the plan before approving. You decide which quantities go into the takeoff — the tool speeds up the work, it does not make the decisions for you.
Approved quantities are collected into a bill of quantities and exported as an Excel report, ready to drop into your own estimating workflow — with an optional light cost estimate.
